Did you know that humans use four types of energy to deal with the array of challenges encountered in life? Yet we only have one energy supply to stretch and manage the challenges that come into our lives and/or those we choose to take on - at home, work, in the community and the world.

When you aren’t aware of how to most effectively and efficiently manage your personal energy you move toward burnout - those feelings of exhaustion, hopelessness, cynicism and negativity. However, when you intentionally power up your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy, you fuel yourself to deal with the immediate demands of day-to-day life and the ability to regain your well-being in periods of extended challenge.
