Meditation is a calming skill and so needed in this changing world. Learn how your breath can calm you and how to become the observer of your mind. Every month we’ll learn some basic skills and practice what we’ve learned. There are so many styles of meditation. You will find what works best for you. Meditation can be calming but also expands creativity, opens your mind to a larger perspective, improves communication, helps with focus and allows you to manage energy, stress and emotions

Suni Moon is a creative, transformative guide sharing ancient practices in new ways to soothe and awaken body, mind and spirit. Suni has studied a wide variety of healing modalities and honed her skills working with 1000’s of clients. Her passions are sound therapy, breathwork and meditation. Her goals include helping bring more health, peace and joy to the world by teaching deep healing and spiritual practices in simple ways- sending students home with skills they can continue practicing, building on and sharing.
