Imperial Jasper, AKA Royal Imperial Jasper, is touted as one of the most sought-after and amazingly beautiful stones that can be added to any crystal collection. Imperial Jasper is found on the east side of a steep canyon located approximately 50 miles northeast of Guadalajara, Mexico. This canyon is filled with multi-colored crystals that make up the stunning colors of Imperial Jasper. One of the more significant qualities of Imperial Jasper is that egg shaped patterns grow within the jasper as it forms, and not in its host rock.
Imperial Jasper is often used to balance the chakras of the physical body and its surrounding auric fields. It is said to awaken the memory between the body and spirit, thus awakening consciousness and opening the door to following a spiritual path.
