About Your Instructor:
Natalie Benoit is a wellness coach, who focuses on holistic nutrition and functional medicine to teach her clients to heal. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Life Coach, and Interfaith Minister. Her passion for Health and Healing has become her mission to teach and empower individuals with the truth of how our body’s capacity to heal is far greater than what we’ve been permitted to believe.
