Build and expand upon your foundational knowledge from Sacred Directions, explore additional ways to go deeper into ancestral healing and working with the themes that follow family lines. Work with your guides to courageously look at your own shadows and familial past wounds from a Lightworker informed space. Discover the gifts, strengths and resilience that are woven into the fabric of our DNA. Additional healing techniques will be shared, journeying, ceremony and more.
Prerequisite: Must be at least 2 directions into Sacred Directions program or another comparable mentorship.

About your instructor: Kristina Nez Begay (Navajo) is a spiritual medium, master energy healer and trainer, inspirational speaker, sound & healing school instructor, and drum-maker. Kristina has an uncanny ability to lead people in meditation and guided journeys with her drums and rattles. She holds an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from the Milwaukee Area Technical College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Indian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Kristina has trained extensively with Mavis Patilla & Jean Else, Jose Luis Herrera, Amy & Dave Wilinski, Medicine people from the Americas, The Foundation for Shamanic Studies and the Four Winds.
