Awaken Your Intuition (level 1)

In this Level 1 class, we’ll use a variety of exercises and guided meditations to help you move heavy energy by tapping into your intuition. You’ll learn about the nature of energy and begin to sense different energy fields. We’ll explore several techniques for receiving messages from the etheric world, helping you discover which intuitive channel is strongest for you. As part of the experience, participants will draw aura pictures for each other and take home a unique drawing created by a fellow classmate. By sharing and discussing these drawings as a group, you’ll gain insight into how each person receives messages and recognize common patterns in intuitive understanding. Join us for an inspiring afternoon, and experience something eye-opening you’ll want to share with others!

Kristina Nez Begay (Navajo) is a spiritual medium, master energy healer and trainer, inspirational speaker, sound & healing school instructor, and drum-maker. Kristina has an uncanny ability to lead people in meditation and guided journeys with her drums and rattles. She holds an associate degree in liberal arts from the Milwaukee Area Technical College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Indian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Kristina has trained extensively with Mavis Pittilla & Jean Else, Jose Luis Herrera, Amy & Dave Wilinski, Medicine people from the Americas, The Foundation for Shamanic Studies and The Four Winds.
