9D Breathwork is a guided somatic healing practice that combines conscious connected breathing with a specially engineered nine-layer audio experience to shift brain states, release stored emotional tension, and support nervous system recalibration. Through breath, sound, somatic release, and guided visualization, you'll explore what lies beneath the pattern, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your innate strength, freedom, and wholeness.

Your instructor: Lauren McKenna
Lauren is a 9D Breathwork Facilitator with a background in hands-on bodywork, including personal training, corrective exercise, trigger point therapy, and stretch therapy. Through years of working with bodies and navigating her own journey with anxiety and chronic pain, she’s learned how deeply intelligent the body is and how much it knows beyond the mind. Her work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where the body can lead its own healing, release what it no longer needs to hold, and return to a natural state of flow.
