An Experiential Training in Animal Relationship, Symbolism,

and Shamanic Journey Practice

Tuesday, December 1, 2026

6:30p - 8:00p

Animals have long invited us to observe, learn, and consider qualities that may hold meaning within our own lives. In this experiential training, participants are introduced to shamanic journey practice, rhythmic drumming, animal symbolism, and relationship-centered reflection.

Kristina will guide participants through a drum journey with the intention of meeting or becoming aware of an animal presence. Participants will then learn how to reflect upon what they experienced with curiosity and discernment rather than relying on predetermined interpretations. Come prepared to learn, experience, listen—and perhaps meet a teacher you weren't expecting.

This class can be taken as a stand-alone class or as part of the Experiential Learning through an Indigenous Perspective 5-class series to earn a Certificate of Completion.
