Mystery Schools, both ancient and modern, serve as profound sanctuaries for those on a quest for self-discovery and inner transformation. Instead of rote learning, a mystery school promotes experiential learning for those seekers interested and ready to delve into the principles, truths, and higher wisdom that resonate deeply within their hearts and minds. The Gates of Wisdom & Healing Mystery School’s intention is to serve as a beacon of enlightenment, assisting students in the understanding and unfolding of their spiritual journey and divine mission.
The foundations of Mystery Schools began in Greece and Egypt, where ancient spiritual traditions offered initiates secret teachings, symbolic rituals, and transformative experiences aimed at personal and divine connection. In Egypt, the Mysteries of Isis emphasized rebirth, cosmic order, and the soul’s journey through elaborate temple rites. In Greece, the Eleusinian mysteries centered on the myth of Demeter and Persephone, symbolizing life, death, and renewal, with initiates promised a deeper understanding of the afterlife. Both traditions sought to awaken higher consciousness, guiding seekers toward spiritual enlightenment.

This meditation will open the Gateway to the Birth of your Soul’s Journey through the Gateways of Healing, delving into the power of Mother Earth to assist with the awakening of your life’s purpose, true journey, and potential.
Gateway of Survival
This gateway is a deep exploration of the Roots of Survival as it relates to our prenatal state of being, our physical birth, and the circumstances that surround the first three years of life. These formative years are not just a backdrop; they are the vital foundation upon which our physical health, our survival emotions, mental states, and developing spirits are built.
By recognizing and understanding these emotions, students will develop a deeper appreciation of their biological and psychological makeup and apply this knowledge to foster resilience in themselves, their relationships, and their communities.
Learning experiences incorporated in this gateway will be:
- Historical Mystery Schools and Magical Practices

Gateway of Personal Power
The quote “Who looks outside, dreams: who looks inside, awakens” by Carl Jung emphasizes the importance of introspection for achieving true self-awareness and personal growth.
We often talk about feeling powerful or powerless, depending on the circumstances we face. However, as we delve deeper, we understand that power is not merely about exerting force or authority. Instead, it's about the ability to influence our environment and ourselves in positive and sustainable ways.
As students enter the gateway of Personal Power, there will be an exploration of how the Ego and Energy influence personal development and how finding strength and grounding within are the “real keys” to awakening real power. The realization that they are both a “drop in the ocean and the ocean itself” will enhance a student’s relationship to themselves and strengthen their connection to the collective consciousness.
Incorporated into the Gateway of Personal Power are:
- What it means to “awaken”, and how it relates to taking a “giant step” forward on a spiritual path.
- The elements for developing personal power, including the power of observation, along with practicing introspection and self-control, and most importantly, stepping outside of personal needs and desires to be able to “see more clearly” from a developed and practiced perspective.

This is the type of Love that comes from the deepest and most radiant connection we can manifest.
As students enter the gateway of Love, they will explore:
- The physical and emotional relationships of the heart, the functions of the lower heart and the higher heart, and the spiritual transformation that occurs when energy is transmuted from the lower to the higher.
- How to listen to what truth the heart is speaking.
- Using breath to increase the body’s receptivity to love energy.
- The Heart and Mind Resonance Protocol.

As students enter this gateway, they will explore the truth that lies within themselves. Sheri's Bio
Sheri is the owner of Angel Light and the Director of Angel Light's School of Energy Medicine, the School of Sound and Healing, and the new Mystery School: The Gates of Wisdom and Healing. She also heads up Angel Light's Reiki program and is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher who has attuned hundreds of students during her 40+ years of practicing various forms of Energy Medicine. During her career, she attended a plethora of workshops and conferences relating to complementary healing, including Eden Energy Medicine. She is also a certified Crystal Reiki Teacher and Practitioner and holds certificates of training in Crystal Reiki, Ama Deus Healing, Hawaiian Huna Healing, and has completed 240 hours of training in Holistic Healing with Aromatherapy. She also heads up the Crystal Healer Certificate Program and has written and taught classes in Mediation, Chakra Studies, Breathwork, Spiritual Development, and, of course, Angels.
