In addition to the many forms of meditation practices we will explore, attendees will learn how to enhance their meditation practice through intention setting, visual imaging, breathwork, color healing, and meditation using crystals and sound. Different original meditations written by Sheri Bauer will be experienced along with the meditation practices of other cultures.

Facilitator: Sheri Bauer is a teacher of Meditation, Breathwork, Chakra Studies, Color Healing, Spiritual Development, and Sound and Healing. She is a Reiki practitioner and a Reiki Master Teacher. She has attended hundreds of workshops and conferences relating to complementary healing over the past 30 years and, as a teacher of Reiki, has attuned hundreds of students as Reiki practitioners. She is also a certified Crystal Reiki Teacher and Practitioner and holds certificates of training in Ama Deus Healing, Hawaiian Huna healing, and has completed 240 hours of training in Holistic Healing with Aromatherapy Levels I and II. She is the owner of Angel Light Center for the Healing Arts and the Director of the Art of Healing School of Energy Medicine where she has been teaching Energy Medicine and Sound Healing for the past fifteen years.
