Are you fascinated by the world of Sound and its potential for deep relaxation, stress relief, and pain reduction? Cultures the world over use sound to attune to, invoke, transform, and jump start the healing of body, mind and spirit. Sound itself has an inherent transformative power because Sound is attuned to the creative matrix of the universe and can profoundly transform one’s consciousness. This workshop will cover the basics of Sound and Healing with a few experiential techniques included for all those that attend.

About your instructor: Sheri Bauer:
Sheri is the owner of Angel Light and handles many of the "behind the scenes" tasks. In addition, she is the Director of Angel Light's School of Energy Medicine, and the Director of the School of Sound and Healing. She also heads up the Reiki program and as a Reiki Master Teacher has attuned hundreds of students. During her career, she attended a plethora of workshops and conferences relating to complementary healing. She is also a certified Crystal Reiki Teacher and Practitioner and holds certificates of training in Crystal Reiki, Ama Deus Healing, Hawaiian Huna Healing, and has completed 240 hours of training in Holistic Healing with Aromatherapy. She also heads up the Crystal Healer Certificate Program and has written and taught classes in Chakra Studies, Breathwork, Spiritual Development and, of course, Angels.
