Chakras, by definition, are energy centers within and outside the human body that help to regulate all its processes: from organ and immune system function and beyond to our feelings and emotions and connection to different levels of consciousness. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, color, and sound, and governs specific functions that make up your body, mind, and spirit. This class is an “awakening” to how the chakras connect to the web of life and the energy of the stars, planets, and all of creation.
