Mindfulness practice helps us live in this moment, where we can engage, take action, and really live life.  Mindful kindness takes a mindfulness practice and interlaces it with an exploration of compassion, specifically, self-compassion.  If you are dreaming of a kinder more loving world, the place to start building that is within your own heart.  Self-compassion is not a skill we often get taught in our society, but it is a powerful aspect of this new world.  This workshop teaches short, simple concepts and then gives time to explore and experience them.  Most of these practices are on-the-fly sort of tools that you can use at work, in the car, or in the middle of that big meeting.

About your Instructor Suni Moon:
Suni Moon is a creative, transformative guide sharing ancient practices in new ways to soothe and awaken body, mind and spirit. Suni has studied a wide variety of healing modalities and honed her skills working with 1000’s of clients. Her passions are sound therapy, breathwork and meditation. Her goals include helping bring more health, peace and joy to the world by teaching deep healing and spiritual practices in simple ways- sending students home with skills they can continue practicing, building on and sharing.
