The Merkabah (meaning light-spirit-body) is the energy sphere in which everything exists. Merkabah's are three dimensional forms used in sacred geometry. They are interlocked tetrahedrons that are believed to exist above the crown chakra and to form a spiritual shield around the user. Imagining oneself enclosed in its three-dimensional sacred form, the Merkabah can be used in meditation to achieve an evolved state of consciousness. Encasing oneself in a Merkabah is said to carry one to the dimension of higher love, where you can experience the energy of light beings and the love that exists in its highest form. The upward and downward interlocked tetrahedrons of the Merkabah represent the duality of existence—body and spirit—united in the harmony of a singular form.
