Achieve deep relaxation and peace through the sound frequencies of the Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Tingshas, and Bells. The sound frequencies of these instruments have a regenerative effect that assist the body, mind and spirit back to harmony and balance. Come relax and learn how sound can help heal.
Sound baths will be held from 3:00-4:00 pm after Angel Light closes on Sundays. The fee for each Sound Bath is $20 prepaid with your reservation. There will be a maximum of 14 attendees registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional seats may be added depending on Covid-19 restrictions. There are no refunds for Sound Baths. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to a sound bath with your payment being deferred to a later date of attendance.
