Faden Quartz is a tabular (Tabby) quartz that is flat and easily placed on the body for healing. Faden Quartz is known to be highly programmable and is a great crystal to work with to manifest your visions and intentions. Faden comes from the German word that means "thread". Faden was named because of its feathery, string, or thread-like rutile inclusions. Faden crystals are usually long, thin, and flat. Some Faden's may have water inclusions that are called "enhydros". This is a rarer occurrence, but if you find an "enhydro", it can be quite valuable.
